LACTATE TESTING

With lactate testing you can understand the complete underlying physiology of your performance. Can be tested in laboratory or in field conditions. VO2 is measured with mobile analyzer.


CRITICAL POWER TESTING

With critical power testing your performance is tested based on four different maximum efforts. Those efforts can be tested with trainer or in field conditions with very high accuracy. No lactate or VO2 is measured. Available currently for cycling and running.


TRAINING & RACE DATA

With mobile analyzers and modern analyzing tools performance data can be collected also from training or even race situations.


PERFORMANCE PROJECTIONS

With modern analyzing tools the maximum performance of athlete can be projected based on physiological aspects. Training programming can be planned based on performance projections.


PERFORMANCE TRACKING

By tracking performance regularly and accurately in field, or in laboratory, it is possible to understand the adaptation of the training in every different physiological aspect. The time of guessing in sports has ended.


VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE COMPARISON

By using virtual performance comparison, the difference of winning and losing can be analyzed. Physiology of for example sub 2:30 hour marathon or 200 m swim under 1:50 min can be simulated.
